UK Customers Delivery costs are FREE
In some cases a signature will be required on delivery. If you would like next day delivery, please contact me prior to purchase so that I may provide a Special Delivery quote.
Overseas Customers
If you live outside the UK (Including Highlands, Islands and Ireland ) please use contact tab for a shipping quote before placing your order. Delivery costs depend on where in the world you live but start at £6.95 for International Standard Service. Signed and tracked for Airsure services are another option if you require your artwork as a priority.
Refunds
I want you to be happy with your item, so all my art is covered by a 100% guarantee, but generally speaking purchasers must accept and understand that paintings are not new and can have slight flaws here and there, particularly on the frame.
If you would like to return an item, just return it within 7 days (in the same condition it was sent and in the original packaging) and I will refund your purchase price, less any shipping costs.
If you are happy with your purchase, please tell your friends; if not please tell me - I will do my best to put it right for you with either a replacement or refund. Customer satisfaction is exceptionally important to me.
