Based in the lovely village of Rossett midway between Chester and Wrexham, we are so lucky to enjoy the outstanding beauty of both Cheshire and North Wales. Having always been interested in Art, now approaching our "retirement years" we have decided to enjoy our art to the full. Bizarrely we had never picked up a paintbrush in our lives, apart from emulsioning a wall, painting a door etc as we all do!
And quite remarkably we discover that my wife Anna has a natural talent and aptitude, quite surreal as she has only been painting for twelve months, totally self taught. Please have a look at her work in The Gallery, Poldark may catch the ladies eye!
For myself, well I've always been a bit of an entrepreneur, from childhood really, earning a penny or two returning the empty milk bottles to the farmer on our holiday campsite at beautiful Black Rock Sands near Porthmadog, North Wales - happy days! I guess business floats my boat, never greedy I try and strike a good "deal" for both parties, whether buying or selling, shaking hands on something we are both happy with!
My background is generally in business, modestly progressing with honestly taken steps through life with lots of laughs along the way, My main business interests include catering, property, residential and commercial, UK and Overseas. I am now applying those same principals to hopefully help Art Investors and Collectors appreciate their art - and for their art to appreciate in value in due course. Money in the bank is great, but what returns are we getting at the moment!
